Storage
Providing secure storage within individual containers.
Each container is hand built out of timber and is stored within a secure building accessed from an expansive concrete apron.
The containers are 'super-sized' at 512 cubic feet [14.5 cubic metres] and have dimensions 8ft x 8ft x 8ft.
Access is available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Each container is just £520 plus VAT for one year payable half yearly in advance.
Workshops
We have a small portfolio of workshops ranging in size from 100 sq.ft. to 1,000sq.ft. [93 sq.m.] they are ideal for the smaller business or for private individuals looking for storage or in some cases hobby workshop space.
Each building has it’s own unique character and characteristics.
All our workshops are occupied at present, however we would be delighted to know of your requirements and timings so, rest assured, you will be the first to know should a suitable workshop become available.
Warehousing
The warehousing we have currently is all occupied and we have a waiting list for new space.
Therefore we are in the process of working on a scheme for a variety of 5,000 sq.ft. warehouses. It is our intention to secure occupiers for each building, if you like the idea of having something 'built to order' please speak to us.
